Our approach

Data protection is our profession. This site applies the minimization principle: we only collect what is strictly necessary, and we use no tracking cookies — which is why you see no consent banner.

Contact form data

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, company, email, phone, message) for the sole purpose of processing and answering your request. This data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and archived for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis: your consent and Optima Advisory's legitimate interest in answering requests addressed to it. Filing with Senegal's Commission de protection des Données Personnelles (CDP): [TO BE COMPLETED].

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with an in-house, privacy-friendly tool: no cookie is set, no IP address is retained (the IP address is processed transiently to determine the visit's country, then is not stored), and no individual profile is built. Only aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type) are recorded.

Your rights

In accordance with Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 on personal data protection and, where applicable, the GDPR for residents of the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@optimaadvisory.net — we respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the CDP in Senegal (cdp.sn) or your national authority in the EU.

Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted (TLS). Form data is stored on hardened infrastructure, accessible only to the Optima Advisory team via strong two-factor authentication. To report a vulnerability: see our security.txt file (/.well-known/security.txt).
